Loungest Limited is a UK-registered company (Manchester, England) that operates SOUND.com.cy commercially. It has no corporate presence in Cyprus and holds no music licensing obligations there. It makes the RadioPRO Ltd catalogue available to Cypriot businesses on a royalty-free basis from the United Kingdom.
Loungest Limited does not collect music royalties in Cyprus. All music rights are pre-cleared at source by RadioPRO Ltd, eliminating any local royalty collection obligation entirely.
